I highly recommend golden Aire for your HVAC needs. The technician Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He came to diagnose a very complicated problem with my Trane system losing power during heat cycle. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went through his troubleshooting process. My system works better than it did when it was installed. If you are having problems with your central heat and air, call these guys first.

The best HVAC company around! Don't look any further. Another HVAC company tried to sell me on a number of repairs that sounded bogus. Golden Aire came out, did an inspection and reported everything looked fine. Highly recommended!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAIL! on so many levels. Todd may know HVAC but his attitude is hostile if you dare ask any questions. I try to be an educated consumer when work is done at our home but he took it as a challenge and refused to answer questions. I was shocked and have never dealt with a verbally hostile service tech. ever! He is unprofessional and rude and actually said he would treat the service call differently if I called his company directly instead of going through home warranty company. WHAT?
But, he billed the warranty company anyway. I call that FRAUD!
He got angry and left without completing the repair and then outright lied in the service report and said I told him to leave. I did not ever say to leave, I asked him as he was walking toward the front door if he was actually going to leave and not complete the work he was hired to do, he threw up his hands and said I have had enough of this... as a defensive response being disrespected and shocked at his hostile behavior I called him unprofessional and rude and slammed the door after he was already walking down the walkway. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE and incompetent. FAIL!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY as there is too much competent competition.

This morning our Service Tech John for the 3rd. year in a row....showed up on time to do our twice a year equipment inspection and maintenance...already wearing a protective mask (as needed these days) John did a full maintenance and op ck on our A/C unit...and after gave the equipment an ALL GOOD. If you are looking for a "professional" company not looking to find additional "billable" problems that may not exist...while taking excellent care of your A/C and Heating systems....these are for sure the GO TO guys that I would highly recommend for repairs if needed, Planned Maintenance and/or equipment replacement.
