Sadly, it took four of their plumbers coming out to fix the problem that should’ve been fixed in the first visit. We were pretty disgruntled because we were charged a heck of a lot of money, but the last guy that showed up to care of the problem I made it right. We will not use them again though.

I used them for my HVAC yearly service. I have their membership plan, which is not worth it because they don't show up or show up late anyways, so what is the use of having their membership. But they will make sure to collect their monthly membership fee on time, you can count on that. Don't believe when they tell you, you can cancel their membership anytime, you are locked in for 6 months mandatory. My appointment was for Monday 9-12, they called me to reschedule due to rain, and then they show up two and half hours late for the rescheduled appointment that they asked for, this is not professional at all. I will be looking into using someone else from now on. This review is based on the customer service received from the office and dispatch. The technician Joshua was amazing once they actually dispatched him to my location.

All-Pro plumbing was amazing. My very 1st experience was last year when I purchased a brand new heater. Although it was a little pricy it has been well worth the money. Last week I had a drain clog and Austin Dale was amazing and professional. He came in did the job and was very honest and straightforward. Once Austin completed the service he made sure that we were aware that if we had any problems to call back and with no hesitation he would come back after we called AllPro. I had to call back just 1 day later a tech came out and it wasn’t Austin . I called AllPro and they assured me that Austin would come the very next day. The best part about this experience is they made sure that I was Austin Dales 1st appointment the very next day. So far their customer service is amazing . The only concern I have is the change in my warranty. I do plan to have All Pro repipe my home it’s over 60 years old. So it’s time ! Im just hoping to get an affordable price. AllPro is the way to go. They don’t try and beat you for your money and are honest unlike Rotor Rooter the biggest liars in the plumbing industry .

The girls on the phone were friendly and helpful. The Tech Jose Castaneda was knowledgeable, and informative. He installed a k
new thermostat, and fuse. Checked all the vents, made sure all was working properly. Also made sure we understood how to set the temperature. We are very pleased.

Andrew, was prompt, and professional. Prices were reasonable (highly recommend getting the yearly membership)
Had my toilet fixed in 5 minutes.

I've worked with AllPro for different reasons for about 3 years now since I bought my house. Service and customer care is unmatched!

Michael Cortez arrived to my home at the time he reported. He was professional and polite when he arrived. He was courteous and respectful. I understood the issue at hand and he explained it to my understanding. I appreciated the kindness that he gave to my 92 year old father. I give Michael a big high five for your company. Daniel is always very professional, polite, respectful, and I don’t even have to ask and he wore shoe covers and never felt like I was being BS’d to pay for something I didn’t even need!! Daniel should train all ur employees. Thanks!!!

This is the third time I’ve used All Pro Plumbing Heating. I called on a a holiday and hung up because I didn’t think anyone was available 2/20/23. A few minutes later they called me back and scheduled someone from dispatch to call for availability.
A few minutes later dispatch called me and ask if someone can come on the same day.

Martin V. Was our technician and immediately solved our slow drain problem. He did a fantastic job and was in and out in 30 minutes or so.
I’m a service member so I save 25% ($20) off my bill. I could have saved money but would have to wait several days to solve this issue.

I haven't used them yet since I am still waiting for other quotes, but I was really impressed with the professionalism of Leo Mena, who went above and beyond explaining us all the systems and the maintenance they require as well as right on time. If their quote comes up to be around the same as the others, I'll go with him. Even if their quote is jus a little higher, I'll still go with them just because of that.

Joshua arrived on time and gave me a quick quote and price was good. He install 2 light fixtures and only to like 1 hour. We examined the work and it was great. Well make sure to call back if need more work.
