My AC was not working and Maynard came out to fix it. He was reasonably priced, very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He not only fixed my ac but helped me with the maintenance to keep it running cool. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an AC repair person.

The technician didn’t show up for our appointment so we had to reschedule. He repaired the A/C and two hours later it broke down again. Representative made promises for the time he would show up and he was late by over 8 hours. Considering that we are experiencing 100 degree weather, I find this company and the technician to be very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and unreliable with poor service.

Used this company through my home warranty and have received sub par attention and even worse care. Called to get service, and have never been able to get through , all I can do is leave a message. Service repair man came out and said the ac unit should be fine. When he left my thermostat register 84°, an hour later is was 90°. I have called numerous (too many to count) and still have not been able to contact anyone. Do yourself a favor a call anyone else but this company.
