Had an industrial ac system hooked into a compressor based on this business' recommendation. Involved installing a step down transformer. Initially worked fine After a few months, we lost the transformer. When I requested a service call, their tech arrived, and informed me he was not experienced in this type of system and would need to consult the tech that was. He left, then submitted a report which was nearly word for word what I had told him was wrong myself. When I called again, I began getting the run around. This went on for about a month culminating in their service manager telling me this type of installation was not a good way to power up a system. When I questioned that based on them having recommended this method, he began talking over me about his years of experience. He would not let me speak anymore, just kept interrupting. I fixed it myself !
Use this company at your own risk ! You may have better luck. But keep your wallet close, they are more than willing to charge you a $300.00 service call and do nothing.
