Thompson Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

Got quotes from multiple highly rated companies for an AC tune up for the summer and Thompson ended up being the cheapest with the best reviews! The receptionist was courteous and helpful when making my appointment.
Thompson then sent me regular emails and texts to let me know when my technician was arriving. A first for me was when they texted me the picture of the actual technician who would be coming into my home which was reassuring.
Ty was fantastic! He was respectful and offered to wear booties on the carpets. He walked me through everything that might need to be done as well as what can wait. He also helped fix up a duct that was badly fixed in our home as well as level our outdoor unit for free. I’ll definitely be continuing my business with Thompson just by this first experience.

Ignacio has come over several times to help complete some plumbing projects for our remodel. He recently moved drain and water lines in our bathroom in preparation for a new vanity. He then installed the vanity, attaching it to the wall, installed the quartz countertop, installed the faucet hardware and got everything hooked up. His work was top notch! Everything was completed quickly, professionally and was left cleaner than when he arrived.

He has always been wonderful to work with as well. He has provided lots of advice on plumbing supplies such as toilets, and has always arrived with a smile on his face. One of the best plumbers I have had the experience of working with.

Thompson Plumbing has also been wonderful to work with. They always reply promptly, provide all documentation and paperwork quickly, and scheduling appointments has been very easy.

After many issues trying to diagnose/fix our own plumbing issues we have learned it's better to just let the professionals handle it. From start to finish these guys were fantastic. The telephone customer service team was pleasant and extremely responsive, our techs at the house were very friendly and understood exactly what we needed. They did an excellent job fixing the taps all around our house quickly and properly and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves before leaving.
We will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues!

He and Dillon did a great job for us! They communicated throughout the installation to be sure we understood what they were doing. They responded to any comments/requests we had. I would highly recommend this team and Thompson AC!

My experience was great. Bryan Rowland was a great technician, he was very knowledgable and did a great job explaining things to me. I used him for a plumbing inspection and will be requesting him when we need work done. I have also used them for our AC and heater, I highly recommend them.

In addition to technical expertise the technicians arrived on time as scheduled and were respectful of property. The job was competed as scheduled. Questions were fully answered in an easy to understand format for a non-HVAC person. No issues. I would highly recommend Thompson.

Very professional and efficient service. Even sent the picture of the technician before hand to know who's coming. Dylan, the tech, was very pleasant to interact with and was very courteous. Maintenance was done, everything explained well. Would definitely recommend.
