I had water pipe burst in the second story bathroom floor. The leak was significant and wasn't caught for several days as no-one was home. I called Thompson Plumbing in a panic and within a few hours, a technician arrived. My technician was Ignacio V. This dude was awesome. Within minutes, he had a small portion of the ceiling drywall removed and identified the leak. Obviously, he was able to fix the leak.

I was extremely satisfied with the quick response. It was my first time calling Thompson and it was a good choice. As stressful as the situation was for me and my wife, Ignacio V. made it as pleasant of an experience as he could. He explained everything he found and how he was going to fix it. Very professional, courteous, etc. etc. When that work was completed, he checked the entire house for any other potential issues that could pop up.

Other than Ignacio being the right guy to send out to my house, the price was on point. I expected to be charged a lot more than I was. If I ever need plumbing or HVAC work, especially in an emergency, I will be calling Thompson Plumbing and Heating!

We just had the pleasure of having a new HVAC system installed by Arturo and Mark with Thompson’s. I could not be happier with the entire process from quote to finish. Honest, reliable, friendly service with a smile!! Garrett showed up on time. He put on shoe covers to protect my floors. He quickly & efficiently installed my new thermostat and cheerfully gave me a brief tutorial on how to operate it. I could not be more impressed with a company thanks to this young man.!
