Dray Heating & Air is knowledgeable and professional!! Don't waste your time calling other companies that take a fee and do nothing in return. Jamie is the owners wife and the 1st point of contact for me, she was knowledgeable and professional, I was sat up with an appointment for the next day since I called mid afternoon. Technician Casey Hagens arrived on time and was excellent/ knowledgeable to work with! I sure wish I called Drays Heating and Air years back I would have saved money by not being taken advantage of and lied to by other local companies. CALL DRAY HEATING AND AIR !!!!

Recommend 10/10 called same day got service same day. They got the job done. Resonable prices. Although, the only thing I did not like was that they did not give you a heads up what they were going to do before they started. Price was reasonable that's why I give 5 start. Thank you!

AC went out on the holiday weekend. They were able to get to me same day!

Dray HVAC did a complete system upgrade/ replacement for us. We had an old heat pump system that was old (when I say old it was made when rotary phones were common) we had fixed it numerous times and was referred to Dray last year by a friend. What a great referral Chris was, he gave me options for our home. We added a few upgrades, every step of the way my questions were answered. The installation was quick and easy, both Chris and Casey we very professional and did a great job. I would recommend Dray for maintenance and or full replacement.

I was very disappointed with their service as I had seen positive reviews. They did respond promptly to a leak in my AC unit. They said they would order the part and call to schedule a time to install, but never did. I called to check on status of the ordered part and was told it wasn't in yet. That was several months ago. Never heard from them again.

This company was stellar! They came early than the window they gave us. And they were able to fix our AC unit on the spot. Very nice and very professional, I highly recommend.
