Chris and Casey were great! We had a new AC and furnace installed. Always responsive and Jamie kept updated on our appts. There's a reason for all these positive reviews. This company truly does care!

Ripped off. They came out. Was there fir an hour total. Said wires needed to be fixed took 20 min charged $300. It worked for one day . They came back Said I now needed a part that was $25 that they wanted to charge $225 to install. That they said would stop it from popping circut. Funny never had that problem till you messed with wires. They just happened to have that part on them . No thanks. I already wasted $300. Now you want more. So over 500 for what would be a total of 35 minutes of work. Which again is odd all of a sudden my breaker couldn't handle running ac as soon as they mess with wires. $300 for my system to not work. Thanks for nothing!!!!!

Dray Heat and Air was so wonderful. our AC went out on the hottest day ever and they sent their man Casey out. He was so nice and respectful and fixed our issue right away. We were so miserable. I couldn’t believe how fast they got to us. I’m sure they were so busy!!! Thanks so much!

We had placed calls to several companies to repair our broken ac. One came in the morning (late for their scheduled time), gave a quote and took the broken part PLUS the housing in which it fit, saying it would be a couple of days until the part came in and that we really needed a new system. Shortly thereafter, Chris Dray showed up on time, gave a quote for considerably less, and said he could fix it that day, plus he was professional and personable! There was no question that we’d rather do business with Dray! So we called the other company, they returned the part, Dray came back and fixed it and said, “As long as it’s working, you don’t need a new system!” It’s working fine, and we’re nice and cool! Thank you, Dray Heating and Air. Next time, we’ll only call you!
