Great experience. The company confirmed the appointment by email, text and phone message. They sent an email with a photograph of the technician who would be coming. The technician called when he was on his way to give an estimated arrival time. He arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job. He answered questions we had about our mini-split system, performed the maintenance and made some helpful suggestions about the use of the remote. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any repair or maintenance company.

Very happy with the entire process, from the installation team to the initial interaction with Jay's Heating & AC Repair. We now have a system that works well and quietly both inside and outside the house. I advise you to give them a chance with your company.

I had a lot of ductwork that needed to be replaced and redesigned to be code-compliant. Jay was an expert at retrofitting ducts, and Drew and Geoff consistently completed their work on time and according to schedule. Highly advised.

I called Jay's Heating & AC Repair this morning and within 15 minutes Jay showed up. My whole house humidifier was not putting any humidity into the air. Everything appeared to be working properly. It was a difficult problem to diagnose. Jay went the extra mile and checked even the edges around the install. He then found the leak that was causing the problem. He fixed it right away and explained everything clearly. I would never use any other company for my HVAC needs. They are fantastic!

They are extremely professional, no hard sales push, they offer promotional financing. The technicians and everyone from this company are knowledgeable and responsive. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Top notch service!
