If you are having HVAC issues, Jay's Heating & AC repair should be your only call. They are undoubtedly the best vendor around. staff was our technician and he is an absolute rock star! My 75 year old mom was there to grant him access and he was so kind and thorough. Upon inspection, he immediately pinpointed the issue and then stopped at nothing to make the repairs. Turns out we have a relatively new unit that was not installed correctly and definitely not to code. staff was able to make the necessary adjustments to get everything up and running, the house finally cooled, and my family is no longer going to die. Also, I am a renter and asked for a very thorough description of the problem that was found so that I could relay the info to my landlord. They provided clear and accurate detail in the work notes of the invoice so I can get reimbursed from the landlord.

staff was very friendly, competent and earned my trust. Thank goodness he is very tall as only a very tall person could have changed one of my filters and I give him a lot of credit for even trying as WE did not think he could really reach the filter with only a 6 foot ladder as it was over 12 feet high from the floor.

In the midst of one of Calabasas's longest heat waves ever, my compressor failed. I got the impression from these guys that I was in their uncooled house.
