Pacific Air System was awesome and very knowledgeable! My thermostat was very old and had a lifetime guarantee, which they honored. They didn't have the part the first night but did everything they could to get it fixed. They were very professional and friendly. The company sent a different service person out the next morning, Filemon. They were very professional as well. They installed my thermostat and showed me how to use it.
