Our furnace was leaking water. Pacific Air System technician came out to assess the situation and suggested an out-of-the-box solution involving a pump that would drain into our sink (eliminating the existing long and dirty pipe to the floor drain). We also had an assessment of the humidifier and decided on a recommended upgrade. The work was done well at a fair price and we have been dry and comfortable since - and expect this will serve us well into the future. I would not hesitate to request service by Pacific Air System again!

Pacific Air System technician was GREAT! He explained everything in detail before, during and after the installation. We had some warranty questions and if he wasn’t sure about an answer, he called the main office to relay our questions and he was then able to answer our questions. Great tech and company! We “have to” get things done regardless if it is wanted or not. Having that person you need to help you when you need them makes all the bad fade a little.
