The technician of Pacific Air conditioning & Heatin arrived on time yesterday afternoon. He explained in detail how and what he would be doing while at the house. And as he went through each step he also commented. He wore a mask and booties as well. He was friendly. At the end he should me the filter and how dirty it was. I told him we had not had our air ducts cleaned for 10+ years and recently we did some construction that generated a lot of dust. I've been experiencing a lot of allergies and I can tell a difference already. Then also he was able to give the best service.

Pacific Air conditioning & Heating showed up right at the appointment scheduled time. They put on shoe covers and were very careful when moving tools around the house without bumping into doors/walls/furnitures. They went into the attic and crawl space, checked for signs of rodent and their droppings, even fixed all the bathroom ventilator ducts that were not properly connected to the exterior of the house. They were able to get to the tight corner of the attic, where the companies we hired previously were not able to get to, and eventually found the body of the rodent and confirmed the reason why we heard some
activities a while ago. They did a very great job by giving the best service.
