The technician of Pacific Air conditioning & Heatin arrived on time yesterday afternoon. He explained in detail how and what he would be doing while at the house. And as he went through each step he also commented. He wore a mask and booties as well. He was friendly. At the end he should me the filter and how dirty it was. I told him we had not had our air ducts cleaned for 10+ years and recently we did some construction that generated a lot of dust. I've been experiencing a lot of allergies and I can tell a difference already. Then also he was able to give the best service.

Wow, they called me and came out the same day. Couldn’t find the part on Saturday but the tech came back on Sunday afternoon and fixed my A/C. It was over 100 and had been for weeks. I was so happy and pleased. Couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you..
