Wow. Sam showed up with a backpack, and asked me, where is your thermostat? I showed him. He said where is your furnace?. I showed him. He Dropped the backpack and went to work. 25 minutes later my heater was on and I was amazed. Sam said it works now., If you have problems call and I will return to fix it. This guy was amazing. We closed on a new home and as soon as we moved in our HVAC completely stopped working. We scheduled with AC Geeks through our home warranty and Alex came promptly to our house to look at the issue. After discovering that there was a deep electronically problem, he ordered a new part and then came back a week later to install it. He said it was an extremely complex issue but he was able to spend time troubleshooting it and completely repair our HVAC. We are very grateful to Alex and would absolutely hire him again.
