I can't say enough good words to describe my experience! Theresa was incredible. When there were issues, she was on the phone with me that minute! She kept me informed on everything and was so sweet and nice to talk to. When I knew it was her on the phone, I was happy to answer it. When they came out to diagnose the problem, they were able to fix it without even ordering a part. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever have another problem.

We had a great experience with Rhino Heating and Air. Our A/C unit went out on us on the hottest day of the year. We contacted the folks at Rhino who squeezed us in the very next day and had us back up and running in no time at all. During the heatwave, I expected to have a long wait before we could get a service technician out to see us, but Rhino made it happen. We're very grateful for their prompt and professional service. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service, I highly recommend Rhino to everyone and they wont overcharge you. I was quoted 7500 for a new ac unit but they were able to replace the motor for 375. I was surprised as other companies quoted me 17k for a whole new unit.

If i could give them a 0 star I would! Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They take forever to get back to you and when they do they want you to magically aporrear as if we are working for them. Unfortunately this it the company our landlord has contracted with, however I will will be speaking to them to have them look for a better company to pair up with. Make sure if you use them that they actually check your AC they came out and did nothing but leave a bigger mess for us to clean up, oh and make sure if they remove your air filter that they actually put it back. I mean I don’t know much about heating in air (reason they came out) but I would think that a filter is an important part to put back in place in order for the everything to function properly! Another thing I believe that a company should put its customers first. Specially when your customers are two military service members without an open calendar! All we asked was for an hour notice. Instead they call 15 prior when we work 20+ miles away. Then when we can’t make it we are responded with a rude call about how it’s too bad and they will have to reschedule AGAIN for the 4+ time.
