Thank you to the Clarke & Rush team for your expertise and excellent customer service. I had my capacitor blow and my AC unit go out on the hottest day of the year with my in-laws in town and my wife 6 months pregnant. It was a stressful and uncomfortable time and the Clarke & Rush team responded promptly and helped me and my family beat the heat. The HVAC technician, Zach, was on-time, respectful of my home, worked quick and solved the problem. He was great! I would recommend Clarke & Rush to anyone in the greater Sacramento area with no hesitation!

Great professional company. The receptionist is always super friendly and helpful. They always call and confirm their appointments in advance and then they call you approximately 30 minutes before the arrive. Just had a new furnace installed. Their sales rep was informative without any type of aggressive sales pitch. Their installation crew was the best! Austin and crew arrived promptly on the day of the install, worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly, efficient and respectful.

I choose Clarke and Rush for my window installation due to two factors. First, they had the best price of the three window companies I interviewed, and I liked Tony the representative. Second, I had done business with Clarke and Rush in my previous house.
Knowing there were supply-chain and manufacturing issues in this country I ordered my windows in March 2022. As of the writing of this 11/15/2022 the “2-day” install of my windows is yet to be complete and the damage on my house so far has yet to be resolved.
Clarke and Rush is NOT the company it used to be. I am not sure what happened, but they have really walked away from any sense of customer satisfaction.

Update: Clarke & Rush did finish the job they were hired to do. I asked for a discount as I was not offered one at any time and I felt it was an appropriate request. I was given $150.00 off my invoice. I agreed to this small amount as I do not have any more time to spend on this issue. I will not be a customer of Clarke & Rush in any capacity going forward.

My experience with Thor the technician that sub contracted out was great. On time , still went up in my attic which was 120 degrees at the time to do his work when I suggested that he did not need to do that knowing that the drain was good, and even cleaned up a few bits of insulation after the work upstairs was completed. He then advised me that my compressor was drawing a lot of current , and advised as such. Being a former technician myself for over 42 years I appreciated his professionalism and skills

Clarke and Rush put in a new air conditioning unit. Everybody was on time(Which is hard to find) Brian with Sales was excellent and was straightforward and gave a good price for new unit. Friendly, fast, professional. Brandon was great from quote to follow-up. He gave multiple options, took measurements and was genuinely interested in getting the job done the right way for our household. He was conscientious of our budget and needs and gave us multiple quotes depending on which way we decided to go. He pulled permits and did the install in a single day and even came back to ensure everything was working correctly. CR is lucky to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring professional.
