Excellent company, great communication, on-time, professional, and highly recommended. They came out to clean my chimney and fix my dampener. They also adjusted the valves on my gas at all within about an hour which is wonderful.

I didn’t shop around for the services but ended up with BC for its higher rating. However, if you are a client who wants to rely fully on professionalism in terms of having someone tell the issue before fixing it, BC has not done its job sufficiently. They came to my house without noticing that the lint light is on (the light started to be on a month ago) was just to remind me. So when they climbed the ladder trying to clean the vent, nothing actually bothered the pipe. When I discussed the situation with the office lady who said they are only the vent cleaner but not dryer producers. So they don’t concern about the function of the product. But I would argue: a claimed 16-year technician should probably know more than me and tell the case to be addressed without bothering to climb the ladder. I am still paying for the service but want to encourage BC to consider improving the service mindset by thinking from the client’s pov. Bottom line, the young guy on the team is a decent person who told me at the end that some models of the dryer just light on to remind the user to be cautious and if the “checking vent” light is on, only the time should I call on their service.

I used this service to clean my chimney. They came two hours before the appointment time, so I wasn’t available. My room mate let him in. The guy put his ladder up against my gutter and it fell down, broke my hummingbird feeders, knocked my plants off my window sill. When I called and talked to him, he said everything was good. But it’s not! My fireplace is full of cracks! Now I have to fix it myself. Will never call them again. Very unhappy.
