We’ve lived in our home for 6 years and never used the fireplace until recently. We had them come to clean the chimney and make sure we had no issues. The tech was extremely nice, punctual, respectful to our home and very helpful. He went straight to work when he got here and answered all my questions. This is the most reputable and trustworthy company/people I have come across. After an initial chimney cleaning and inspection a few items were uncovered during the high winds and the company was more than willing to come back out to help and they went above and far beyond any expectation I had with fixing the chimney issues. This was by far one of the best experiences with any company I have had.
