We had our fireplace cleaned and inspected this morning, after over 20 years of collecting dust! We never plan to actually turn on the fireplace however lately the amount of dust accumulated over time was too apparent and concerning that our family was breathing that in through the glass entrance.
We are extremely grateful to have found this company on yelp, the men who came this morning were great with communication leading up to appointment with text reminders and even an alert stating they were on their way, the service took about 30 minutes and the gentleman was very thorough with explaining how the appointment went! Quick, Easy, Pleasant and Professional service!

John showed up on time and was great in communicating his ETA. Don’t look further for the best quality and price for your chimney and duct cleaning needs. When we bought our house they cleaned both of the above as well as adding a topper to our chimney since we didn’t have one and didn’t want critters in our attic. They took their time to really clean everything and guarantee their work. Fast forward 2 years later with heavy winds our topper came down and no questions asked they came out and fixed it back and even added silicon to help keep it in place.

Chimney Sweep. We were pleased to find that your company provided this niche service after having trouble locating available chimney sweep tradespeople in the area. John was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job!

I called to Blodgett's Cleaners, yesterday to get an estimate on duct cleaning for a 1977 home, with obvious signs of "grit, sand, and dust" appearing on my kitchen counters and,..everywhere there is a flat surface. "Jon" came out the next day, showed up ready to clean the monster. To my surprise, after explaining my issues, he recommended just a change in "filter system" vs your typical 3M type. This new system, he showed, I can purchase on my own, and conduct a monthly self-maintenance which should clear itself up in a couple of weeks; the grit/sand/dust. If it doesn't, then we'll pursue the air duct. I appreciate "Jon's" honest advice and time in educating me in the furnace industry. He also did a complimentary check on all my vents and again gave me GREAT-sound advice to its up keeping. Not to forget, he is VERY knowledgeable and unlike the other contractors I called, he definitely stands out when it comes to his Trade. Even if, the new filter resolves my issue, I can tell you now, Blodgett's Cleaners will the first and only contractor I will call for this type of work--all credit due to "Jon". There are very far and few companies and personnel who now-a-days have pride in their work and understand the meaning of GREAT customer service. It was a pleasure meeting you "Jon" and many Thanks again for all your awesome advice and recommendations--I truly appreciate it. If the Owners of Blodgett is reading this, PLEASE give "Jon" a raise--it's people like him that create loyal and returning customers, because we appreciate their work, time, and honesty.
