I am very grateful to Southland Heating and Cooling company and especially their technician Christopher Wilkinson for his highly professional outstanding service. He was able for the short amount of time successfully troubleshoot the technical issues with both separate air conditioning units and make them run smoothly and efficiently. That will help us to save some money on our electric bill.

I have been impressed with Dave. He was on time, reviewed my current HVAC system, looked in the attic and spent a great deal of time discussing potential new systems to replace my 30 year old system. He has been very good with follow-up and has provided good information about local and federal rebates that would apply. I will be using Southland to install a new heat pump system.

Southland was my best and most comprehensive bid. I worked with Ray who was pleasant, polite and very professional. He had endless patience for a lot of questions and spent a lot of time with me to understand our needs and concerns. The installation was complex and they worked overtime to get it up and running in one day. They came back later and meticulously fine tuned the airflow and temperatures in every room. The whole crew was friendly and knowledgeable. My hat is off to Ray, Albert, Chuck and Jaime.

Southland was recommended to me from a close friend. I made a call to Dave Mercado, who was very cordial and informative on our ascertainment phone call. I then invited him down to review my current system and needs for a new system. We worked out a very equitable deal and the crew that came in cannot have been more professional and thorough. Installation leads Pedro and Albert and technician Jaime were amazing. These guys are pros and I highly recommend them to anyone.

It took Robert 10 minutes to diagnose the problem with my air conditioning compressor that to technicians from other companies had misdiagnosed. The diagnosis made sense. It was explained well to me. I am happy that I called Southland air-conditioning to fix my Lennox air conditioner.

Eric was professional, efficient and brought his years of experience and expertise for a quick understanding of the problem. Hi service truck was well supplied and carried what was needed to restore the A/C system back up and running.

I got a referral to them from Trane, the maker of my "in place" system and I know why; Southland's technical expertise and customer service exceeded all my expectations! My technician Christopher knew the system inside out and gave me a full report with photos of his maintenance work. He followed up with me afterwards giving me plenty of time to discuss issues and answer questions even though no special work was recommended. I have a maintenance contract with them and this was their second visit - a great value at under $180 per year for 2 annual visits. Many thanks and much appreciation to a business that has great integrity, cares about their customers and is stable and ongoing.
