We used Conejo Valley Heating & Air to install our air conditioning unit. The price was comparable to others but they were thorough when they did the evaluation and didn’t try to up sell us on things we didn’t need. They worked with us on the price we could afford.

Jessie’s crew did the installation and they were excellent. They were punctual, professional, and worked hard all day to complete the installation. They made sure everything was cleaned up after they were finished. They took the time to show us how to use the new thermostat and didn’t mind all the questions we asked.

I would highly recommend this company!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with two teams from Conejo Valley Heating and Air. Our AC had stopped blowing cold air, so we scheduled a technician to come out and take a look. Luckily, we discovered that the HVAC system had been installed by Conejo Valley (before we purchased the house) and was still under warranty. We were pleasantly surprised by the company's transparency and grateful for their assistance. Repairs were scheduled promptly, and the technician, Pablo, was friendly, professional, and tidy.

We also worked with Brice to get a quote for adding additional insulation in our attic and a radiant barrier installed in our garage. Brice was sensitive to our budget, making thoughtful suggestions that would keep our costs down without sacrificing functionality. We got several other quotes and Conejo Valley's was the standout winner. The work was completed today, and the insulation team did a great, tidy job. They had to take some things out of the rafters in our garage and to my surprise when they left it was all carefully packed back away and tidied.

Our appointment time was 8-10 AM. Dakota showed up promptly at 8AM. Dakota was very professional, respectful & courteous. We appreciated the fact that he put on shoe covers while in our home. He recommended we put a surge protector on the A/C condenser. Good suggestion since we have our power cut during fire season. We highly recommend Dakota & this company.

Our technician was amazing. He took the time to explain what he was doing and to answer my wife’s questions. He was very thorough and duly professional. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

Absolutely stellar work by Alfredo Orozsco! Arrived on time and was very courteous. Provided me an account of the maintenance that he was going to do and explained everything well. Did a neat and thorough job and in the end even called the office and set up my next appointment himself ! They also are very reasonable in their charges. Highly recommend their services!

We replaced three toilets, five sinks, faucets and angle stops. CVH&A/Plumming installers Nick and Tony provided top-notch service and knowledge of their craft. I highly recommend the company's services.

Conejo AC was awesome. They did a great job, no issues. All the employees were professional and thorough. Greg was great. I would recommend this company for all HVAC needs without question.

This company treated our AC unit like garbage. The repair person bent our unit, and he mishandled the parts on the machine. Unacceptable. Plus, they couldn't find a air conditioner refrigerant leak. Completely unprofessional. They were more interested about selling services than they were about fixing the unit! I recommend you don't use them. I don't care how good their reviews are.

Our furnace stopped working due to water from the vent pipe. Joey, our technician, came out and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. Conejo Valley Heating and Air are the best I would recommend them to anyone.

We have always loved Conejo valley heating and air. Being in the home improvement business myself, it’s a breath of fresh air to see companies truly care about their customers. I have been referring and using them for years and have never had a bad experience nor heard a bad word said about them. I highly recommend calling cvha!
