I called 4 places for an air conditioning quote. Acosta had the most thorough quoting process and the price was good. Jesse seemed most knowledgeable of all the companies that bid my job. I never had the sense I was talking to a salesman. I had 6 yr old furnaces. He explained SEERs, so that I could evaluate the cost/payback, and I agreed with Jesse that replacing furnaces now, to get more efficient air conditioning was probably not cost effective for me. He was a strong advocate for permitting the job to avoid future problems when selling the house someday. This gave me confidence that Jesse is used to doing things right. I was not disappointed. Best of all Jesse is a good communicator. When install issues or options came up he gave me choices. When I had questions he called back quickly. His guys were courteous, clean and on time. A pretty good experience overall.

I called Acosta Heating and Air conditioning, Inc, in Thousand Oaks, CA, and I was very impressed by the attention to detail, knowledge, and customer service they provided. Jesse, the owner, visited our home in Simi Valley and carefully inspected our air conditioner and central heating and air unit. He answered all my questions and was very honest with his assessment. The bottom line we needed to replace the unit, coil and lines, and Jesse provided us with the best options for our needs at a reasonable price. I never felt he pushed us into anything we didn't need. Nor did he try to add cost to the project. Acosta finished the project on time and with no hassles. The work was top notch. I am extremely satisfied with Acosta Heating and Air Conditioning and would highly recommend to anyone in need of service or installation.

Before we sold our house we had to update the heating system. The heater was in an awkward place and no other companies would even try to work on it. But Acosta did it no problem, and at a reasonable price. They were also very accommodating with the payment plan.

Quality Craftsmen. I got a few other quotes, but Acosta won me over by going the extra mile for me and my new AC system. Acostas bid was in the middle of the price range, but the highest in value. The office staff is very nice and available to serve the customer through with appointments and payments. My AC is so cold and we are very happy. Thanks!

Jessie patiently explained the various systems to us before we purchases. After our contract was signed, Jessie showed up at the scheduled time and his crew worked carefully to protect our white carpetiing. They completed the installation when scheduled and I am very satisfied with the completed work which included new ducting, heating and A/C. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessie and Acosta Heating & Air.

Our heater went out Thursday night, Jesse came out right away and Saved my birthday weekend! He is prompt, efficient, professional and very friendly. I purchased a compete TRANE AC/Heating system from Acosta HVAC 6 years ago and my experience was commendable. Good people to work with, and are there when you need help or service. Jesse takes a personal interest in all business and his team can be counted on when you need them.

These guys did a wonderful job. Jesse is extremely knowledgable and came up with a great configuration for my HVAC system. They did a lovely neat job which included items I had not thought of, like adding an additional service light with easily accessible switch in the crawl space. They also widened the opening to the crawl space and made a custom door for it. It's so much easier to get down there now. He also helped me with my tax rebate information.
