So my air conditioner decided it did not want to blow cold air today so I contacted Chris at Service First Corp and he answered immediately , it was late in the afternoon so I wasn't sure that he would be able to make it on such short notice , but he promised he would come the same day no matter the time so that we did not have to suffer as my sister has a medical condition that requires cooler temperatures , so he came at 11pm I was so elated and glad . They were so nice and knowledgeable they worked fast and efficiently and were done in a hour , they showed me the issue so I could prevent it from happening again , THANK YOU guys so much !!

I found gold with service first. They were professional, honest and clear about what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. I let Chris know after he repaired my ac that I am a retired hvac technician. I will recommend service first too my friends and neighbors.

A great experience! The person who answered explained the process, a repairman called and gave us an appointment, the AC was repaired within 4 hours of our call! This is a great co that delivers what they promise on line!!!

Horrible I called over 2 weeks 6 different phone calls and no one ever returned my call. This is the third week now and still no call back - boy business must be good for them to not even care about new work! I went with a different company that called back immediately and came out the same day! I spent $$thousands of dollars on a replacement system and am very happy I gave my business to a company that has customer service!
