Excellent service by the installers. This whole house fan by QC Guys is awesome. I purchased the Stealth model and this unit makes quick work on cooling down my home.

Probably the best experience I've ever had with a home services company or contractor. I received an estimate almost immediately after filling out some basic info, they followed up shortly thereafter to get an in-house consultation on the books, and were able to install the system same-day in just a few hours (at the price as was quoted).

The team that showed up was knowledgable, thoughtful, and helpful. Even my dog loved them, and she's generally not too keen on strangers in the house.

Having received a few other quotes, I'm confident they were the best price around for a Quiet Cool system.

Sometimes, the best surprise is no surprises. QC Guys followed through exactly as expected, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Separately, for anyone thinking about a QC fan (or WHF in general), it's a no brainer. Cools the house down in a fraction of the time (and cost) as AC, and one factor I hadn't thought of beforehand, it's easy to target specific rooms in the house vs blasting AC indiscriminately everywhere. We have one room in particular that gets toasty, and we can just cool that room while leaving the others the same.

Wholehouse fan and attick fan installation was performed by two different crews. Both were both on time, professional, and quick. Very clean and respectful of your time. Very helpful and informative about my inquiries.

The customer service was terrific. The guys came in set up, installed and cleaned up. They gave a small tutorial on usage. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

QC Guys were friendly, accommodating and worked quickly. They installed a whole-house fan and an attic fan in just a few hours, despite the restricted space for an interior vent and in the attic. The whole-house fan makes a low-frequency rumble that can be heard throughout the house. At my request, QC Guys readjusted the position of the fan's attic muffler tube a few times to minimize the noise. They were so patient. Thanks, Cody!

The fan moves a lot of air, and the Trident Stealth model has a very low speed, low power setting, low noise setting, which we leave on all night, with no noticeable effect on our power bill. If the fan were too noisy, we wouldn't

Some years later, my phone stopped connecting to the attic fan. I verified its Bluetooth was enabled. This was in cool weather, so I told them it was not an emergency, but they came the next business day and resolved my problem; Bluetooth was enabled, but FAN Bluetooth was not. So, the error was on my phone, not the fan. Thanks, Cody and "T"! They didn't charge me to fix a problem for which was my fault.

Very professional and quick service. I had a concern about the placement of the fan’s vent, which was addressed. Servicemen took the time to take a look at my neighbor’s vent and determined that it could be positioned in the same location as theirs, which I was very happy about. I would highly recommend this service.
