Jamie has been amazing handling all of my property management needs, from owners special requests and tenants availabilities. He keeps
us updated with every account and when we have have questions he is more than willing to stop what he is doing to take his time to explain it to us. I have nothing but great things to say about Jamie and the rest of the team. Not only do they do HVAC but they also do Plumbing!

Just the best! Today was the second time that I've had the pleasure doing business with ProFlo. Last year the installed a brand new air conditioning / heater unit and today they replace a 12-year old condenser. These guys are professional, courteous and do fantastic work. With this review, I want to comment about the communications during our first phase (assessment, estimate, negotiation only).
Bryan Todd responded promptly to my husband phone call regarding our 30 year furnace, then came in for the assessment and gave us good advise not to spend $600 to fix it which we absolutely agreed.
Starting last summer, we already thought about to replace the whole system (AC & furnace); so we had some estimates but didn't get it done.
After comparing all 3 estimates including one from the Costco business associate, we picked this company due to good price, prompt communications from Bryan and his office manager, Bryan's patience to answer all my questions and concerns.
The installation is set for this coming Monday. I will give you more updates.

The AC system ProFlo installed never worked properly. I had to pay another company to fix it.
Why two stars, not one? Two reasons:
I was initially impressed when the general manager, Jamie, bid on an ac installation. He was friendly, professional, and seemed very thorough. We went with ProFlo despite getting a lower bid.
The new AC system could never keep the house consistently cool, but Jamie came back to the house several times in an attempt to fix the system. I thought he would stand by his work. The new condenser they installed failed after a few months, and Jamie had it replaced under warranty without question.
Unfortunately, there were too many problems. I'm not an HVAC professional, so I'm sharing what I learned from two separate HVAC companies that examined the system Jamie installed:
1) The system was poorly designed. The duct work was inadequate, with some ducting coming out of the AC coil instead of the plenum (I'm told this is a bad idea). The AC coil did not match the condenser. (I'm told this can cause unnecessary strain on the system, which might be why the condenser failed). The return register did not feed enough air into the system (a new return had to be installed). The system was installed vertically, despite insufficient space to put a correct vertical system, so this also impeded airflow (it should have been a horizontal system).
2) The furnace needed to be replaced. Jamie initially told me the furnace *might* need to be replaced, but upon installation told me it was fine. Another HVAC technician inspected the furnace and identified rust and other obvious problems that Jamie should have spotted.
Jamie finally sent who he described was his "best tech" to inspect our system, and that tech agreed that the system was poorly designed. The recommended fix was a redesigned AC system and new furnace, and Jamie proposed a price that was more than the cost of the initial system. (Why not just propose the job right the first time?!)
I negotiated a lower price with Jamie and the company owner, but Jamie never sent me a complete proposal for the new work. Shortly afterwards, he stopped responding to my texts and emails and did not follow up as promised.

A company that takes customer satisfaction to heart. Texted Brian on a Saturday night that there was something wrong with the AC, he was out of town, but said he would take care of it. Monday morning before 8 am the scheduling department called to set up an appointment for noon the same Monday. Daniel the technician, called me at 10 am that he was ready to come over because he had finished his other calls. Daniel checked the system , thermostat codes and the unit. Explained in detail what had happened, everything was working great, and off to his next call all in under 30 minutes. A true professional that takes pride in his work. Thanks Daniel and the entire ProFlo staff.

I had 2 companies give me a diagnosis and estimate on my airconditioner problem. The first company could not tell me for sure what the problem was. ProFlo was the second company. They told me exactly what was wrong, within 10 minutes. Bobby came out the next day with the part they had to order, and my airconditioner was working 15 minutes later. He was very friendly and professional. Thank you Bobby for a job well done. I would definitely recommend ProFlo.

We used this company to replace a 40 year old Heating and Air Conditioning unit. Josh and Jay were the technicians, the did an excellent job installing the new and removing the old system. They were clean, on time, kept me informed as they progressed, and cleaned up and hauled away all the old materials. I would highly recommend this company, they are very up front with there prices and extremely professional.

Local family owned business that takes pride in their customer satisfaction. Their technician, Brian, who came out to check our A/C system was very friendly, yet professional. He was very knowledgeable and truly knew what he was doing. Very hands-on, trying to fix the problem rather than just writing a big ticket bill like most chains would!

I've been using proflo for my business HVAC for a few years and they always did a great job. Fast forward to today when my dog decided to tear up our ac wires at our house right before we were having people over on a summer day. Called proflo and brian came out and within an hour had us up and running again.

Jamie Trammell, Jay, Isaac, and Marcus were professional in all aspects.
