I highly recommend Optimal Air Heating and Air. Jim was both cordial and professional. He is well versed in the heating and air industry which made the work I needed to be done quick and painless. He also was sure to inform me about how to preserve the lifespan of my heating and air conditioning units which was appreciated. If they are in your vicinity I would definitely give them a call.

Optimal Air hands down, the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with! I thought my AC unit was broken, but they found it was my thermostat that was broken! Super honest and reliable! In the near future, I want to have my units moved from the back of the house to the side. I will definitely be calling Optimal Air for that!

Optimal Air installed a new A/C unit, furnace and thermostat in our home. They were very nice, perfessional and worked quickly. I wanted to move our A/C unit to a different location but we decided not to ask because we figured it would be too big of a job. When the owner Jim was about to get started, he suggested moving it to the other side of the wall!! I was blown away! Jim made it seem like it wasn't a big deal and they moved it making the space so much more useable! We got the ecobee3 thermostat and both the A/C unit and furnace are quiet and work great! We couldn't be happier! I would recommend them to everyone.

We had an A/C emergency on a 106° day, during a heat wave! Jim was able to squeeze us in to his busy day. He and the other technician showed up extremely quick, and about 10 minutes later we could feel cold air.

wow! Hands down THEE best service I have had! I just moved into our house and after a week, our AC started to blow out warm. I called several companies and explained my issue and they wouldnt even give me advice without wanting to charge me. i also called one company and they couldnt get come for another week. I explained to them i have an 8month old and a 3 year old and that week in Temecula it was 100 degrees all week. They didnt care. The second one they came and just walked outside and looked at the machine and said it was going to need a whole new unit and gave me a giant bill, when icalled them the next day to do it, they didnt answer and turns out they went on vacation. The same day i called Optimal Air, Jim came out I was so pleased! He explained EVERY detail what he was doing and even taught me few things about the air ducts, when to change out and clean certain areas too. He went up into my attic, used all these tools to see how hot the air was going in the each vent and how cold they were coming out. He truly cares about what he does. Absolutely AMAZINGG job! He gave me an incredible deal gave me an entire new AC unit outside even set up these hinges i can change my air to blow harder upstairs if it still felt warmer upstairs than downstairs. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick with changing out the old unit. Anyone who has a problem with their air must call JIM LAYMON he is by far the best!!
