I cannot say enough great things about my entire experience with Optimal Air! Both of our AC units died and needed to be replaced. I had several quotes from different companies before I met Jim. We decided to go with him because he was SUPER knowledgeable, honest, friendly and at a great price. Jim was on time and friendly and took his time to go over 4 different options for us to choose from. Also, on a side note...he was the 1st and only person to ask me if he should wear bootie shoe covers inside our house! Amy in his office was also knowledgeable and extremely organized and efficient. And...I should add, understanding when I slept in 25 mins past my time they were going to start on the install. At the end of my install my house was FRIGID (so awesome!) and he left everything cleaner than before he started!! Seriously if you need new units or a tune up or whatever, call Jim. You won't be disappointed!!!

We we’re originally given astronomical estimates for repairs that turns out we didn’t even need. Optimal Air Heating & Air Conditioning came in and within an hour, they had completely diagnose the issue and were actively working the repairs needed. We were completely satisfied with the work that was done and wholeheartedly recommend them if you need their services. Jim and Amy are superstars.

This company has gone above and beyond my expectations. The installers are very kind and Amy in the office is the most honest communicator I've spoken to about the cost and expectations of AC installment and maintenance. I feel like I've found a gem in the HVAC world that can be such a headache. I would definitely recommend this company.
