Amy went out her way and was able to squeeze us in to repair the air conditioner. Both gentlemen that came were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them in the future.

I can not express enough how grateful we are to this company. Jim, Anthony and Amy gave us the best experience I've ever experienced in my life..Everyone is super polite and professional. These guys really took their time to make sure the problem was 100% the issue. They said they would come next week and called to come two days later with our new heat exchanger system. Optimal air installed a new air and heating unit into our home. Jim was very knowledgeable and he was very helpful during the entire process. The AC went out at our office right before a heat wave at 5 pm. I called a couple of HVAC companies first and everyone was swamped and several didn't return my call. Optimal was also fully booked, but they were able to tweak their schedule and get us fixed the next morning before the heat wave really kicked in and saved us from working in a hot office. The price was very reasonable, they were right on time, and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

What a fantastic and honest company!! Optimal saved us over $10K. Wish I can give 10 stars! During the recent heatwave, with 110 degree temperature, our AC went out. A friend referred me to Optimal Air but they were booked for three weeks out so I was put on a waitlist. Meanwhile, I found another company and the first thing he (who was also the owner) asked was how old was the house. I said 20 years; he shook his head and recommended I should replace the entire system. Then he spent just a few minutes looking over the furnace after which he confirmed indeed I needed to replace the system and quoted me $10k+ which included a "special discount", though I couldn't figure out what was so special about our situation other than we were desperate to repair it pretty much at any cost given the heatwave (which I am sure he knew). But I figured replacing the entire system was plausible given its age so long story short, I was ready to sign after talking to my wife that afternoon when Amy from Optimal called to let me know she was still working to squeeze us in in between jobs. I was stunned she would take the time out to stay on top of my case. Amy also explained just because the system is old doesn't mean it'd need to be replaced without a proper diagnosis first; hearing this floored me because I would not have questioned a new install. The next day Anthony from Optimal came out and took time to test and inspect the system. He concluded that a circuit board is the problem, an easy fix for a few hundred bucks. I asked if I should still replace the system given its age. He replied that wasn't necessary even if it was old given the system looked fine (as a side note the price Optimal quoted for the entire system replacement was very reasonable and far below the other guy) . What an honest company! So, it got fixed a few days later after the parts came arrived. Anthony was very professional and skillful, he laid down a mat to catch the debris and cleaned up afterward (the other guy not only left a mess on the floor but banged his ladder against the ceiling and the walls cracking the dry wall after which I glued back some of the chips but still left it very unsightly). Anthony showed up wearing a mask, brought his own booties to keep our floors clean unlike the other guy who showed up with no mask (so I gave him one), no booties, and the first thing he did was to use our bathroom. The AC now works great. We are so thankful for Amy's diligence and customer service, Anthony for his professionalism and expertise and Optimal Air for its honesty. We need more companies like Optimal! We have been living in Temecula for 25 years and I will repeat this story to everyone we know.

I had central air conditioning installed by Jim Laymon and was impressed with his service! He was professional, polite and very congenial. His work amazed me bc tricky components entered the situation and he knew exactly how to fix them. It was installed and running within several hours and my husband and I finally got a great nights sleep! I recommend Jim and his worker 100% of awesomeness!
