Professional, quick to reply and very accommodating! Pete came out to look at our unit on a same day call. It turns out there was a surge and the unit was working just fine. He didn’t charge us for coming out but we will definitely be using them in the future!! Thanks again for the great service!! 👍🏼

I am really please with the service I received from Above All Heating and Air Conditioning today. Of course our air conditioner would choose to go out on one of the hottest days of the year so far. I called various air conditioning contractors but the earliest appointment I could get was three days out and most not until next week. I was shocked that Above All could get a repairman out in less than 2 hours. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose that the problem was a capacitor controlling the compressor. He replaced it for what I feel was a reasonable price and my air conditioner was back on-line and working within 20 minutes. Thank you Above All! I was afraid I was going to have to suffer this week.

I can't say enough great things about Pete and Above All Heating and Air. Our air conditioning went out during a very hot heat wave. Pete was wonderful at figuring out the problem, fixing it right, and being fair and reasonable with everything. It seems rare to find an honest air conditioning repair service, however Pete seems to pride himself on being fair and honest. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem and in his work, which made all the difference in getting us back up and running. I highly recommend Pete and Above All Heating and Air for all air conditioning needs, he really does an amazing job and is extremely fair and reasonable with his bill.

Disrespectful and lacking MAJOR customer service skills. Also, gave me the middle finger as he drove by me. When I called the number on the back of the truck he identified himself as the owner and verified he was the car in front of me. This "owner working in the customer service industry" proceeded to talk over me. Clearly I was not going to get anywhere with this "owner working in the customer service industry" so I ended the call. This "owner working in the customer service industry" quickly called me back and left me a 45 second rant voicemail. Full disclosure to the reader...I was traveling about 5 mph in a parking lot with many empty buildings and a couple of fast food restaurants that were not open for business that morning. I was checking my phone for directions. Yes, I was on my cell phone traveling at a very slow speed in a unpopulated shopping center. I knew I was approaching a gas station near the end of the shopping center and was just about to set my phone down when I hear a honk and see a work truck on my bumper with hand gestures. I pulled over to allow the driver to pass. After motioning several times for this "owner working in the customer service industry" to pass me he decided to yell out his window. floor the gas and give me the middle finger as he passed. His voicemail was a rant that I should not be texting and driving yet he answered his phone while driving on busy street (Los Alamos/Whitewood/I-215 area) AND called me back to leave a :45 second rant. Yelling at another driver, giving a driver the middle finger, talking on the phone while driving not once but twice, talking over someone while they talk is horrible customer service. There are a number of heating and air companies with 5 star ratings to choose from in our area why deal with a disrespectful vendor.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I felt compelled to write about Above All Air Conditioning. My A/C unit wasn't working and called Above All in the morning. Pete assured me that he'd be out the same day. Pete and Mike showed up as promised later in the day and were more than fair, very professional and honest. I'm so glad they did since it's 100 degrees and not pleasant in the house either. I can't say enough good things about this company and Pete and Mike. Wow is an understatement. They were fair, fast and are now our new A/C guys. I'd highly recommend them!!

Truly impressed with Pete's care and customer service. I called him in the morning about my broken heater and he was able to come out later that day to fix it. It's truly refreshing to experience good, o'l fashioned, quality customer service. Thank you again, Pete!

Pete and his crew provided a quick diagnoses to a difficult problem and potentially costly repair, if it not had been serviced by a HONEST and professional company like Above All Heating and Air. My wife Cathi and I needed our air conditioning fixed quickly and correctly and we wanted to make sure that it was done properly without being gouged for 200% mark up on parts.
Pete and Mike showed up at our house and immediately went to work fixing the hot air output (turning it to cold) and they explained exactly which part needed to be replaced and they did it in a way that we could tell didn't included unneeded or extra items.
We appreciate Pete Pharris and we recommend his service to anyone who wants an honest job that is done at a fair price.

First company I called to fix my AC gave me a week ETA during a heat wave. Above All gave me 2 hours and they were on time and fixed the issue within an hour. Price was reasonable as well. Now I know who to call.
