Deven R. arrived well within the given timeframe. Our problem was located on the outside of the house, so he didn’t have to come in. He came prepared with booties for his workboots, though. Nice! He was polite, showed me the damaged part, and made the repair look nice. Should be dog-proof, too.

I contacted them to quote a replacement of an existing system. The technicians came out and reviewed the system. However, the owner of the company, who provides the quotes, has not done so. I called several times and was told he would contact me that day, but he has not. Their technicians may be OK for repairs but it seems the owner isn't too interested in replacement work.

My AC when out on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning facing a 100 degree day, but AC911 was out to repair a few hours later. Excellent response and excellent service! Thank you!
