The service setting up the appointment and the appointment itself was very nice and professional, however, I received an estimate of about $4,500 to fix the problem. I decided to get a second opinion from another plumber the other day, and that plumber fixed everything for $350. I advise everyone to get several estimates from different companies before committing to one.

Josh fixed a problem with a water heater today. This is the second time we have used Monkey Wrench. They are so attentive and efficient. They took care of the problem right away. We will continue to use them for both our home and business. Thanks Josh and Monkey Wrench!

Problem with hot water. Plummer was able to get us hot water temporarily until we decided what to do about malfunctioning pump. Took some time to go over the notes from the previous Plummer to explain that work was still under warranty. Very good experience overall.

Akiva was very professional and thorough in ensuring that I understood the functions of the new sink and the sensors. He hooked up all of our reverse osmosis lines and water filter lines as well.
