These guys are great! They came and identified the problem with my tankless hot water heater which had to do with an installation of our EQ valve. They called the gas company who came out and fixed it. Josh was here for hours and didn't charge us a cent. He also told us how to keep iour tank in good working order for years to come. I was due for my annual maintenance on my 2 Noritz tankless water heaters and decided to give Monkey Wrench Plumbing a try since they were certified with Noritz and had positive reviews. I received a text the day of the service appointment confirming the time and who the technician would be. Max, the technician was right on time. He introduced himself and explained in detail the service he would be performing. Max overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. You could tell he took pride in his work and did not rush to go on to the next job which has been my experience in the past with other plumbing companies. Once Max had completed servicing both units, he took the time to write up and email the details of the work completed in addition to some recommendations to keep the units running at their best. I am beyond thrilled to have discovered Monkey Wrench and will continue to use them for all my plumbing need.

Joshua is a great technical resource not only in terms of his technical abilities but also in terms of his customer relations. He did a great estimate for us for the installation of Tank less water heater. In effectively doing that he went beyond his call of duties and examined all aspects of the installation including city code regulations. He is the best of the bunch!

Tankless water heaters were intermittently alarming. 5 years without service. Very experienced technician performed maintenance on both units promptly with no further issues. Also had an issue with outdoor fireplace not staying lit. Turned out to be partly blocked gas line which he was able to fix with air pressure hose at no charge. Very happy with service
