David repaired my heater. Arrived on time and got the job done in under an hour. When he was finished he explained to me what he had done. Nice and professional repairman. Would use this company again.

Rick came out quickly on initial call and quickly diagnosed the water heater needed to be replaced. He made recommendations and showed pictures of previous installs and detailed what the new install for me would be like. We went through options, pricing, warranties, and all aspects of the job. Since he didn’t work on the weekend, I was willing to wait until Monday for him to install given his professionalism and details provided rather than having another technician the next day. Alex came with him on install day and both were terrific and did a thorough and terrific job. Install went without a hitch and new tankless is now up and running. Highly recommend Monkey Wrench and especially Rick.

Rick was excellent! Explained everything before the job from start to finish so there were no surprises. Prep the place beforehand and didn’t leave any mess when they were done. Monkey Wrench always answers my calls sends out a representative faster than any other plumber I’ve called. Josh was our plumber (they sent his picture and ETA so I’d know exactly who to expect). He was very knowledgeable and helped walk me through what the job would look like and why things needed to be done a certain way. The job was completed quickly and I’m super happy with my new hot water heater.

Took advantage of their internet coupon discount for my main drainage pipe as a preventative measure I do every year or two years. This offer included drainage cleaning and camera inspection. Technician Eddie was on time and knowledgeable. His first step was to inspect my pipe with his camera and immediately saw a lot of tiny tree roots also he found a 3 to 4 inch hole at the top of clay drainage pipe. Eddie explained to me what I was looking at on the camera screen and the problem with the hole in the pipe. Because of the hole in pipe he didn’t want to take a chance in cleaning out the the small roots inside because the the rotor cable could get stuck in that hole, and he would never be able to get his rotor cable out or it would make the hole bigger. Eddie’s recommendation was to dig down to the hole in the pipe and cut it out and add a new section of pipe. Eddie gave me a quote for the repair work.

Louis at Monkey Wrench Plumbing did an excellent job for us. He replaced the valve and water supply line under a toilet. We found him to be polite, courteous, skillful, punctual, clean, helpful and very nice. We were very satisfied with his service.

Enrique did our maintenance for our tankless water heater and, as usual, did a great professional job.
