They were available and ready to install the correct size unit I needed, just 1 day after I made my first phone call. While other businesses I reached out to said it would be about 5-7 business days before they could come out for the estimate. Wish I could give them more than a 5 star review. They are not just professionals, they are family friendly and extremely respectful, they were equipped with nice trucks, and I even noticed their tools and equipment were a step above your typical grungy toolbox. I recommend them with no questions asked. In fact I felt a need to leave a review as I am grateful for the professionalism they showed, restoring faith as American business should operate. I didn’t know what to expect, someone at the hardware store recommended them as the best in town. I thought I was experiencing a major failure with my unit and they tracked it back to a simple safety feature in my breaker box. They are honest and went above and beyond doing everything needed to ensure my unit would run smoothly and most important run efficiently. Thankful to the owner and very professional crew.

I hired this company for service however, I was not satisfied with the service. The repair person told me the unit needed some kind of valve and that the AC unit was too old and he would sell me a unit for $11000 out the door. I called another company and they fix the issue no problem.

Amazing customer service. He came out the same day I called and saved us from the heat. Very trustworthy and showed us how to clean our unit properly. He was also patient and kind with our toddler who was curious about what was being fixed. I highly recommend!
