This was such a great decision. Our Air Conditioner/Heater went out on Thursday, he came on Friday. It took 3 days to take care of everything. The guy was amazing. He was fast, courteous, convenient, professional, and just an all around amazing guy. My family is super appreciative of his services. One of the things I appreciated the most was how he interacted with me and my kids. My kids asked questions and he answered all 1000 of them. My kids had fun watching him work. The cost was what we expected. First he tried to fix the unit, but because of the age he had to replace it. Excellent Job. Excellent Service. Thank you so much for fixing everything. If I could give 6 stars I would. :)

As a small business it very important to find a company that can respond to our request quickly and fix them properly. Otherwise it might interrupt our business operations. Not only do A1 Zuzu fix our issues with quick response time they are also competitively priced. This is why they are our preferred vendor, we will not use anyone else and we recommend them to our friends and family!

My mom called another company for her house prior to my knowledge and they wanted to replace her entire unit, I called A1 and they came by for a second opinion, repaired the unit that same day we were shocked! So many bad experiences with different contractors, it is scary to let anyone into your home anymore. We've been using Zuzu plumbing heating and air, for quite some time now. We've referred them to all of our family members. With this company, there is no problem leaving our key under the mat for them to do necessary business when we are not home. Jay gave a thorough and fast quote to replace our HVAC system, with the AC unit outside relocated and the furnace in the attic. He and Bassom were detailed and took additional steps with our attic unit not being standard sized. I definitely recommend them. The cost was HALF of what the big name companies were quoting us for a bunch of fluff, presenting it as a deal with full on predictable sales techniques. If you want an HVAC guy and not a salesman to come to your house and provide a service, call these people.
