Just saw a video about locksmith scams in Canada and fake reviews on google. It reminded me of this place.
I hope this place gets investigated the same way because your service is prolly the worst and there's no way you should have a 4 star. I rented almost 3 years with these fellas as a college student going to UCM and their service was wack as hell. They are not responsive and hire 3rd party people to come repair your house at absurd costs. It also takes them about a month to come out and another month to finish the job. They will do everything in their power to eat up all your college money. Also dont even expect your security deposit back, you might have to pay on top of that. So yeah, i dont agree with the 50+ reviews you fellas got. Just wanted to help out my fellow Bobcats and Merced locals!

I originally owned a house that i bought through these guys and they were great. They got everything done and they took care of my house. I sold the house through them not too long ago and actually plan to buy another house through them in the coming months. They took good care of me and the tenants, and i would only do business through them.

My son has his property managed by this company and they do a great job. They have a great tenant and all repairs are handled very efficiently.

Not one person in this company will return a phone call - The maintenance team (Zero qualification) told me the black mold in the dry was the TEXTURE, so i did the work myself.
Took time off work so they could install the baseboards only for them to say " they didnt bring the tools or material because they didnt know how long it would take.
Every month i pay rent and remind them everything that hasnt been done and still nobody responds.
I have lived in this place a year now and we still do not have a fire place to use. A hole is still in our closet from their worker and doesnt look like that will be fixed this year.
Ive never felt so disrespected by any company in my life.
i am convinced their reviews are all by family and friends.

Horrible service they failed to repair things they send, they also threat you to take you to court if you leave negative feedback. They do everything possible to keep your deposit. Watch out for them they claim many things but in the end they decieve you. Take your business elsewhere!
