Save yourself some money and a headache. Rented with them for 8 years and it was nothing but problems. No matter how many maintenance request you put in they pick and choose on what to fix. & if your lucky to have them go down expect a poor job done. Upon turning in our keys they find any reason & excuse to NOT give you your deposit back. Jamie needs to learn some manners because her work ethic is horrible. They NEVER want to deal with the tenants and they don't take complaints into consideration.

My son rented a room in one of the houses that this company owned while he attended UCM. He lived there 2 years and moved out in May 2019. The house was very comfortable and was a good experience. We did have some issues with some charges that were taken out of the security deposit. We contacted the company and referred to Brandon Ruscue their broker. Brandon got back to us very quickly and scheduled a phone conference to discuss the issues. He handled the matter with professionalism and integrity. He openly listened to all of our concerns and made it known that his goal was to come to a resolution that we would all be happy with. The outcome was just that we resolved the issues and we hung up the phone satisfied. If I had the choice to rent from this property management again I would definitely do it!!! So please if you are looking for a excellent management company look no further!

Very unprofessional real estate agency, then again it is an agency in Merced, so don’t go in with high expectations from them. (I learned that the hard way) Anyways, the staff here seem to be very uncommunicative with another. They will cancel viewing appointments for a property last minute, literally tell you the day of. The two agents I worked with didn’t seem to not know what they were doing, I would try contacting either one and either they wouldn’t respond at all or they would takes hours even days. Very unprofessional, lack customer satisfaction/service, and just a scam for your money. Save your $40 and work with a different agency, I highly don’t recommend this one.

The people of Merced Yosemite Realty have been very helpful managing our rental property. From getting the house and carpets cleaned to finding perspective tenants, they have been so helpful! All members of their team have been very professional and I would highly recommend having them manage your property if you plan on renting out a place.

We had issues with the company throughout our entire lease agreement. However, at the end of our lease, the unprofessionalism of Merced Yosemite Realty became extremely apparent, especially in regards to our security deposit. We (four extremely cleanly and thorough) health care professionals deep cleaned the house the week leading up to vacating. We followed every checklist item provided, one of which was to replace the air filter. Upon leaving, we were notified we received a multiple-hundred-dollar cleaning charge and a charge to replace the air filter. We immediately questioned the air filter charge (since we had replaced it) and requested documentation as to what the cleaning charge was for (including pictures). Merced Yosemite did not reply for over a month. In that month, we called at least a dozen times and left voicemails and notes trying to get any follow up, but did not receive any communication. Once they finally did reply, we were provided with a vague note of cleaning charges (many of which were not included on the move-in sheet – ex: we were charged for the cleaning of bird’s nest outside the front door). No actual evidence, no pictures. We provided receipt evidence of the air filter we replaced, and they still refused to refund this charge.

It should not take over a month to reply to a security deposit grievance. In addition, a rental company should be able to provide tenants with documented proof of charges, as listed in the lease agreement. We were not provided any evidence in regards to the “dirtiness” of the house other than a vague note.

Money-wise we are only out a few hundred dollars. Principle-wise, we feel it is important for others to know our story when making a decision as to whether or not to give this company business.

Merced Yosemite managed our property and were always prompt, professional and courteous. When we decided it was time to move the property along, they managed the project, did most of the work, and handled the sale, which was nice and quick. We were very happy with their performance. Special kudos to Terry, Brandon and all the crew.

I understand that everyone's experience varies but I am glad to say that I do not regret renting from Merced Yosemite. I've been with them for over a year now and have had many maintenance requests taken care of in a timely manner.

Completely unprofessional and refusal to consistently communicate with us over our deposit return. If you're a student be careful as they won't hesitate to try and take all your money, even if you act like model tenants.

Yosemite Property Management takes good care of their tenants and does a good job communicating with them. They do their best to handle everything in a way that is legal and fair to both tenant and owner. I appreciate that!

They also care about their clients. After a family crisis followed by a sudden need to move, they were very helpful and accommodating.
