They aren’t cheap but quality is worth it and available immediately to fix the problem. Frank, Eric and Javier spent a day replacing my hot water heater. They were professional, friendly and cleaned up after a very messy job. Robert replaced my garbage disposal and did a thorough walk through helping me better understand the heating system in my home. I’d recommend Cabrillo.

I needed a bidet toilet installed right away and Frank and Matt were able to do it the next day. They were able to squeeze the job in and they were prompt, fast and did a great job. I really appreciate that they were sensitive to our needs. Will definitely call again when needed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This review is regarding an estimate for a furnace replacement/installation (which is a charged service from Cabrillo). At this date in shopping for (a) an electric replacement for my current gas central heater as well as (b) configuring the replacement system to solve existing heating system issues in my older residence -- I had both a free evaluation based quote as well as Cabrillo's charged evaluation based quote.

To address this "charging" for an evaluation and pricing of a quote I can say that I am definitely much more comfortable with the effort and expertise that Cabrillo put into this process than what I got for a "no cost" pricing quote. Having an older house with some existing heat distribution issues it was a bit of work to review the whole residence to see what was the current situation and what would be required to switch over to an electrical based system and solve the existing heat distribution issues. It took about an hour-and-a-half of the very expert technician's time to do the full evaluation at my house (let alone the time it will take back-office to complete the system specifications to determine a final price quote).

Even if I don't finally go with Cabrillo as the vendor for the final installation, I am very happy to have purchased this very thorough and professional system evaluation; an expense well worth it considering what will be the expense of the final installed system.

Finally I must say that my experience with the technician (Frank) doing the evaluation was great. They arrived at the start of the appointment window, was very professional in approach, was extremely knowledgeable about work required and some alternative approaches, and was very easy to talk with regarding my concerns and "requirements".

Cabrillo was great from the beginning to the end. The estimate was prompt. Dave was knowledgeable and relatable. The installation team, Erik and Steve were equally as amazing. Gessa on the phone again was also as pleasant and professional as her team. I believe Candice may have set up my first appointment and also was great. I can't say enough good about my experience. Thank you all for making this process easy.

Woke up to no hot water.....fast leak from the bottom of the tank.....called around and could not find anyone that could do it within a week. Called Cabrillo, got a time for three days away, they called back an hour later and could fit it in the following morning. Awesome! Arrived right on time and had it done quickly, and it has been doing it's job ever since. They communicated during the job, and on completion gave me a run down of the work and made sure I was happy. They will certainly be my go to. Shout out to Frank, Erick and Javier, you guys rock!

I GIVE HIM AND ELEVEN (11) OUT OF TEN! I feel very fortunate that Todd made my service call today. He is an ALL-AROUND GREAT PERSON and a SUPERB AMBASSADOR ON BEHALF OF HIMSELF AND CABRILLO PLUMBING.
He notified me ahead of time that he was on his way and arrived on time. He was thoroughly professional, expert and addressed each of my various plumbing issues completely. He took time to diagnose and demonstrate the problems causing each of the issues I discussed with him. HE SOLVED MY MOST PRESSING ISSUE, ONSITE, TODAY. He provided estimates and options (with images) via his tablet for some issues that require a follow-up appointment. He is well-dressed, masked, very friendly and conversive. He has great people skills and is a great listener. I know that he will comprehensively solve the various plumbing issues I've been having.

Terrific service! Arrived on time, explained the repairs and cleaning needed, then performed the work. Honest, hard-working company. No complaints.

My gas furnace broke down in the middle of a kitchen remodel project during a cold spell recently in SF. During the assessment it became clear that my old ductwork for the central air was not up to code and a fire hazard. Given that I opted for a full upgrade to heat pump + AC (I have solar already), new duct work and backup gas furnace. Frank, Erick and Javier did an excellent job installing all of that in the shortest amount of time: one full work week. Professional and fully prepared. No 'dead' days waiting for parts or whatever compared to some other contractors I have used in the past. The only small challenge was to schedule an 3rd party electrician on that of a short notice to install the 240V line for the outdoors.
