Fantastic service & communication! Our furnace chose a cold night to go on strike—house was 58 degrees the next AM. We called Cabrillo Plumbing and the entire experience was 100%, from great listening & trouble-shooting on the initial phone call, to superb communication and care up to & through the experience.

They gave us a nice narrow time window, so I didn't have to sit around all day. Robert arrived at 8:00AM today and was gone by 9:30. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and explained what had caused it and how to avoid it in the future. Wonderful experience overall. We're definitely putting Cabrillo on speed-dial now!

Had a kitchen faucet with very low pressure. I called a competitor, got their voice mail, and they got back to me several days later. I called Cabrillo, they picked up, scheduled a visit, and came out! Quick diagnosis indicated I needed a new faucet. They made a call, and they had a van deliver a faucet that was in stock within 30 minutes! Brian and Steve were terrific: timely, friendly, efficient and were happy to walk a lay-person through it! Highly recommended.

Steve Bailey came to install our kitchen faucet. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly described all the features of the faucet. He performed a system wide plumbing check on all bathrooms and the water heater, and measured water pressure through out the system. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism we signed up for CAMP for a year.

After our shower leak was repaired we ran into a unique problem trying to replace the handle. It took several trial & error steps to fix the handle, but it got done, thanks to Steven’s tenacity to delve into & solve the problem! He was his usual patient, calm, courteous, self. Cabrillo guarantees their work & I appreciated this first hand, since product age can present unforeseen situations & they worked the problem to resolution! Thanks to Steven for his work ethic and to the staff who were on top of it from beginning to end.

My natural gas pipes were starting to leak in my garage and I needed a careful, quality repair with a permit. I contacted Cabrillo Plumbing and Robert came out for an estimate. Robert's estimate was thorough and gave me confidence that the repair would be completed with care. The job was completed quickly, the quality of the work was excellent, time without gas service was minimized, and the inspection was a breeze.

Thank you to Cabrillo Plumbing, Brian and Steve continue to be amazing! Their attention to detail and customer service goes above and beyond! This is the 4th time Cabrillo has come in the last few years, working on jobs big and small. I appreciate how quickly the Cabrillo team came out - to fix the garbage disposal. Many many thanks!

Dave and Matt were great! They gave us the relevant information, installed a new tankless water heater, and reconfigured our laundry area. All within a day and cleaned up the place like new.

Downstairs water heater had trouble and they came back 48 hours later to fix it. We have decided to replace the second tankless for a regular hot water heater and look forward taking care of it.

Cabrillo was a fantastic company to work with. I called them on a Monday at 8am, they arrived by 10:15am, were able to give me a quote, have all the items delivered, and were done with the very professional new water heater installation by the afternoon. Todd was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped diagnose and fix some additional issues with our water flow. Along with Todd, Eric & Javier were all very fast and professional. I will definitely use Cabrillo for any future needs.

Eric and Javier did an amazing job installing our new HVAC system this week! They were professional and thorough and communicated with us clearly throughout the process. They had a challenge joining two ducts in a very tight space--hard work and they did an excellent job.

Javier also installed our new water heater a couple years ago. I had trouble adding a review for that job at the time but wanted mention now that he did a great job!
