We called yesterday, because we did not have hot water and today Nicolas came in to help us. He finished everything in a timely manner. He had great customer service and was really nice and helpful! We highly recommend Nicolas if you ever need anyone from Discount Plumbing!

Had to have my water heater serviced a horrible time as my husband was having emergency surgery Lonnie Williams was wonderful in and out quickly as I didn’t have a lot of time and had me fixed right away! I used their service Because I had in the past and was met with the same exceptional service again! Discount Plumbing is quick and professional every time!

I have used them before in the past for my AC Service. They are efficient and always on time get the job done. They carry the right parts. Their technicians seem well trained and always pleasant. Now on to the negative. Not the cheapest in town , as a mater of fact, prices can always be cheaper somewhere else . In my last plumbing job was almost $200 more than the competition. so if you need same day or next day service I would recommend them, if you job can wait and you want to save a few bucks , you can find it less somewhere else. Will I continue to use them. yes, but only in urgent situations.

I've had many service people come through my homes for decades, many professional and nice. Brennan has to be the most professional and nicest service man I've ever met. He quickly diagnosed problem and got to work. It is certainly a benefit when a stranger comes to your door and is nice, a good soul. Many thanks to Brennan and Discount Plumbing, Heating and Air.

Ok, so we were in need of a plumber tonight and Ryan was cool at first but than my spouse told be he had an issue were he has new toilets installed and this company wasn’t able to complete the job and he has to pay twice.
I asked if Ryan could kindly do something from our last experience he was talking and my spouse was trying to tell him it wasn’t really and issue and Ryan said I’m speaking and I can’t hear you if you if I talking.
I told him I really liked his customer service and wanted to utilize this companies service but once he got rude no thank you !
I’m all about integrity and work ethics, look somewhere else and like Ryan said “ I wish the best of luck to you guys”

I had a renter with a backed up toilet and shower on 8/16/21. She called Discount Plumbing and they sent Felix out for an afterhours service call. Felix ran his snake through the main sewer line and did not find anything, but the water did start flowing. On 8/23/21 the same problem is back. Renter attempted to call Discount Plumbing several times and there was no answer. When She contacted me about the problem I called the 800 number and they had Felix call me back. Felix said they do not stand behind there work when they do a clean out. Even if it's the same problem.

Do not use this company. We are very active in owning and managing various apartment complexes. With that being said we have dealt with various vendors. We had an emergency plumbing need for a clogged sink. Called discount plumbing and they sent someone out. Technician was nice but he couldn't fix the clog. He said it was a cracked pipe and would have to tear out concrete. We did not want to authorize them until we had a better look. We called our handyman and he unclogged the drain in less than an hour. Then Discount plumbing sent us an invoice for $798. They told us this was half off of the $1500 original invoice and they charge $399 per hour. We were baffled. Not only did they not fix our issue but they misdiagnosed and then wanted us to pay them almost $800 just for trying.
We were willing to pay the plumber for his time because he was a nice and honest person. But suddenly their hourly rate spiked to $399 per hour when we said that. They were trying to find any way to get the money out of us.

I was dreading this visit from the start. When Steve got here to check out my water heater for me, I just knew for sure that I was going to be in for an expensive quote to repair it! I left him to his business, waited for him to come and give me an estimate, 20 minutes later he was done and I had hot water! We talked about the fact that my water heater is quite old and I may need to eventually replace it. Steve was friendly, honest, and a great worker! He will most definitely be on my list to call for all my further plumbing needs! Thank you Discount Plumbing, and especially thank you Steve! I appreciate you!

This company was fast. I called and got service the same day. My shower faucet was leaking buckets. Lonnie called before he arrived and I told him the situation. He already knew the problem and solution, came in and verified it. Lonnie explained everything well and asked if I need anything else checked before he left. I highly recommend.
