I was very pleased with the work from Mark’s Heating & AC Repair technician did at my house! He replaced my old electrical water heater tank with a new high efficiency gas operated unit. He and his assistant were on time, professional, very diligent in keeping the place clean, very clear in his explanation on how the job was going to be done. Also, he was very patient and answered all my questions. Mark’s Heating & AC Repair team were also very respectful and mindful of anti-COVID procedures and always kept their mask on during their visit and kept safe distance when communicating with me. Installed a new AC Unit and got a great price from Mark’s Heating & AC Repair. They were great to deal with, took their time and answered all my questions, including follow up question no matter what time of the day it was. The Installers were punctual, called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Fast service as well – I called on Tuesday to place my order and had the unit installed on Thursday. The installers even came back the day when there was a problem with my thermostat (not to unit). Great experience overall!

Mark’s Heating & AC Repair did a fantastic job installing a backwater valve outside and two floor drains inside. They told me how long it would take and when they were coming and they were spot-on. They cleaned up beautifully and were very respectful of our property. A pleasure to work with.
