He arrived right on time, and was very professional, polite, and informative. I received a written quote before he left my house. The installation process exceeded our expectations. They were very respectful of our home and thoroughly cleaned up their work area when finished. We will definitely recommend Integrity Heating & AC repair in the future.

Our AC went out during a heat wave, I was able to schedule a tech to come out the next day. Staff of Integrity Heating & AC repair and our service tech arrived early and diagnosed the problem and explained everything in detail. I needed a pro to complete the installation of 2 of 3 Nest thermostats because they needed C-wire power. The experience with Integrity Heating & AC repair was outstanding from start to finish. He is polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He used the existing unused wire so I saved money on the C-wire adapters. He also hooked up the C-wire to the thermostat I had already installed, even though it was not part of this job, and at no additional cost.

Great experience with Integrity Heating & AC repair to replace our HVAC system! Everyone was very nice and professional from the start to the end of the project. Those who were the installers and were friendly and professional and take a lot of pride in their work. They arrived on time, wore masks and followed COVID precautions and after installation made sure everything worked as it should. We had air-conditioning added to our existing whole house furnace. The job went well with Integrity Heating & AC repair and feel that we got a good system for a very good price. We did have a couple of minor issues, as with any job, but they were addressed quickly and completely.

Giovanni was great in inspecting our broken down AC/Heather unit. Being patience with us and explaining every little detail so that we understand. Customer Service overall with the company and the manager calling to see if everything was good with the service. I would greatly recommend this to all my family and friends. So impressed with work. Our A/C was on its last legs and finally died right before the worst heat wave of the year. Integrity Heating & AC repair literally replaced our complete hvac unit the next day and had us totally fixed before we melted. They were extremely professional and left the space cleaner than before. I can't speak highly enough about this workman.
