We had our AC unit malfunctioning. Called Integrity Heating Repairand they sent out their technician to diagnose. Tech checked every aspect of our unit both inside and outside our home. He was able to trace the source to a faulty thermostat. He let me know what I needed to do and was very patient in explaining everything and answered all my questions. No doubt about it! If you want the best you have to go with the best! staffand the installation crew are definitely good at what they do!! Called Integrity Heating Repair because they were in another unit in my complex and figured they'd know how to fix my problem. Scheduling was easy and on day of got a text with arrival window. Gio came over at the beginning of his window and diagnosed the problem right away. I had water leaking inside the house from the inside ceiling unit. He found the drain in the bathroom disconnected it and found it was blocked. Unblocked and water cane out. Haven't gad any issues since. Would recommend Integrity Heating Repair

Integrity Heating Repairdid a great job with installing our Daikin ductless home mini splits. Luis, our project manager, did a great job explaining the step by step process of installation and everything required during the installation. How we felt that Integrity Heating Repairwent above and beyond was that they went ahead and pulled permits with the city and diagramed with the city where the condenser would stand BEFORE we even told them we would contract with them. The thoroughness and thoughtfulness of that really blew us away. Above all else, they had a price that was extremely competitive for the market. We are extremely happy with the mini-splits we have installed in our home just right in time before the summer heats up!

Not only was he able to quickly assess and fix what the problem was, he also took the time to explain what was wrong, the reasons behind what went wrong, and how to prevent problems in the future.
