Harry and John were AMAZING!!!! This is my second time using this company. All around great customer service from the second I called! Alana was very friendly and very helpful over the phone!! I'm always very uncomfortable having service people in my home, but Harry and John were great, very professional and left my unit cleaner than the way they found it!! We just had a routine maintenance call and the price quoted over the phone was the exact price we paid!! These two guys even offered to change a light bulb for me!! Very honest, very professional and super friendly!! I 100 % recommend!!!! Thank you!!!

Don’t go anywhere else! Superior customer service! Harry came to my home on a Saturday to diagnose my air conditioner. He was professional, on time and provided excellent diagnostic experience. Two days later, Michael arrived to replace the broken part. Both Harry and Michael went above and beyond. Office staff was friendly as well. Price was fair!

I'm disappointed about this service, I had a visit from one supposedly technician to make maintenance to my AC and Heather in my house, and this guy didn't do it because supposedly my Heather wasn't working properly.
( I never had any problems with my AC and heather before in 16 years living here )
So when he arrived to my house the AC were working nicely set at 76 degrees and he shut it down and turn on the Heather and apparently not working at all and he just left, without turn on the AC back again. JUST LIKE THAT !
So, when I tried to turn on the AC I couldn't and I had to call another technician from another company to come my house to fix it.
So, I had to pay money for no reason.
So disappointed !

Harry & California Air Conditioning Systems, Inc is great and we don't even have an air conditioner!

Seriously, they replaced our outdated furnace/heater and installed a beautiful, modern & much more efficient system. In addition to providing great heat, the noise level went down noticeably.

They charged a fair price and provided great value in product & follow-up service. They were in and out quick and we are very happy.

Harry was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what I needed in a very easy to understand manner. Never did I feel pressured into buying a new unit. In fact he went out of his way to make sure mine looked brand new before he left. Excellent customer service 5 stars 🌟. Will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks Harry!

Harry and Tony came by today to fix the ancient floor heater in our rental. They figured out the issues quickly (one of which was a HUGE safety problem - the original installers/ fixers used SPEAKER wires to turn on the heater!!). They fixed the problems quickly as well, informing us of everything throughout the whole process. Definitely would have them back with open arms if we had another heater issue! Grateful for their kindness, professional courtesy, and abilities to be able to help us.

Harry came out to us on a Sunday within an hour of calling and fixed us right up. He put in the extra effort to make sure our system was clean and running efficiently, we will definitely be calling him out for yearly preventative maintenance for the force able future. Great experience and now our house is livable again, thanks so much!

I looked around for weeks and truly spent time researching companies and prices before choosing this company. Working with Harry and the rest of the staff was a wonderful experience. They were extremely professional and thoughtful. They did a thorough job replacing my heating system and cleaning it out to improve the air quality in our home, especially since my kids have asthma. I will be calling Harry for annual maintenance.
