Absolutely DO NOT work with this company. I would give 0 starts if I could.

They came to repair my AC unit and caused 2 MASSIVE floods in my apartment. I then requested a quote for follow up work that needed to be done, which I've been asking and waiting on for OVER A MONTH. Management (Vita) is EXTREMELY rude, condescending and refused to send a quote.

We have a maintenance contract with them. The reason we stay with them is that every service person that comes to the house is professional and as a company they are reliable and honest.

Very prompt. Gave estimate up front. Explained the problem clearly. Able to give loaner a/c unit during the massive heat wave while waiting for parts to come in and scheduled repair asap.

We are under the remodeling project. Looking for a company to replace the whole HVAC system in our house. We scheduled the visual estimate with California Air Conditioning Systems for Friday, February 25th. The technician didn’t show up on time, the office didn’t communicate with us as well. When we reach the company, they rescheduled the estimate to the following Monday, February 28.
Anyway, the technician didn’t show up again and the company didn’t communicate with us AGAIN.

So I have BIG questions not only about the customer service but about the workmanship.

Do not waste your time on a company that can’t keep its promises.

We had an excellent experience with this company. They were very professional in communicating. And they did a fabulous job.
