We run a hot yoga studio and we were looking for a whole new HVAC system. A larger company quoted us an insane amount of money, was late for their appointments, and missed several of our calls. A client of ours recommended Red Apple Air, and what a gift that was! Not only was their quote HALF of what this larger company gave us....they were consistently professional, on time, and they did EXCEPTIONAL work! Our system before was so inefficient, and Red Apple was the first company to actually diagnose all the problems, give us a WORKING solution, and actually do an incredible job without disrupting our business. Our heating costs have gone down almost 65% since our new installation and our students are LOVING how hot it is.

The customer service is really terrific! We have recently worked with Martin to repair a smaller AC unit in our business and he provided EXCEPTIONAL service all around! We are grateful to have found this company and will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone!

Seth was wonderful. He was on time and used his time promptly with doing maintenance to our heater, well mannered and great energy. Red Apple Air does the maintenance on my HVAC system, and it's always a good experience. Today my tech was Seth, and he was super profession, clean, and courteous. The prices are fair and the scheduling/actual service is always quick, friendly, and efficient. I'd definitely recommend.

2 years ago we had them install brand new ac heating system with UV air purification. Never been more pleased. System runs smooth and takes a lot of dirt out of the air. You can see it on the filter and the air smells fresh and clean. For people with breathing issues i truly believe this is the way to go. Martin usually changes our filter yearly and checks the unit on the roof. Now today we had Seth as our technician. He was highly skilled as well and a pleasure to know. A great team. And the owner and his family are very nice to as well as the office staff. Highly recommend them.

We've been using Red Apple Air for many years working with Fermin and recently, Martin has been our point person for all repairs and maintenance. Martin and Fermin are amazing! They are very responsive and patient when entertaining my many questions and they always provide useful feedback as well as quickly resolving any issues we have with the AC units. Nice company. Seth came to clean my dryer ducts. It was raining quite hard and he still came and did them quickly.
