Had many people recommend Richard’s on the Pleasanton Rants and Raves site. Our heat went out in the evening, I call first thing in the morning and had a technician here a couple hours later and everything repaired before 11 a.m.! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and LOCAL! Texted confirmation and again when technician was on his way. Highly recommend!

Olim was fantastic. Professional, straight to the job. Tested, found the issue and made recommendations. Perfect Star came in three days before and told us our whole furnace and AC needed to be replaced. They said the R22 Was low and leaking but they could not find where. They said they could not recharge it even if they found the leak because it was illegal to put R22 back in. Olim found the intake filter was clogged. Took it out and all worked fine. He also showed me that the pressure of our coolant was not low. We are going to have them replace a few old items and tune it up for us. What a great company.

The technicisn came as they promised and very impress with their honesty. The tech could have said that I needed a new AC unit instead it was fixed within fifteen minutes . It is to bad that the survey only offer 5 stars otherwise me and my five would have give them 100 stars.

Richard's technician was very punctual, friendly and serviced our system with expertise. He also gave us details about the quality of our system. I would highly recommend Richard's Heating and Air.

Dan fixed the air conditioning in less than 20 minutes and I was thrilled with how inexpensive the entire fix was. Would highly recommend using Richard's - they are honest, fast and reasonable.

Our Rudd furnace would cycle, but not come to temperature set by thermostat. Richards HVAC repair person tracked down the problem, fixed it, and tested the furnace. In addition, he answered my many questions. I am completely satisfied. The cost was quite reasonable.

Olim was knowledgeable and courteous and performed the replacement of our condenser fan motor quickly. That being said, the price was a little steep for a 220v 40A motor ($500). Even late model Lennox condenser fan motors sell for less than 1/2 that price.
