Richards Heating and air operation manager Lisa reached out to me in my time of need! Lisa offered for some one to come out immidily .I opted for a next day appointment Lisa put my on the schedule for the first appointment .I received multiple confirmation emails and text as well as one in the morning to remind me my technician Pete is en route now .
Pete was on time , knowledgeable and prepared . Pete had all the parts on hand and really took the time to figure things out . Pete checked both the heater and air conditioner unit and vents. Pete took the time to let the unit run for awhile "just to make sure" . Pete also tested the carbon monoxide levels around the house , unit and in vents to make sure our family and pets are safe! if you want a home town company who cares for the community I highly recommend Richards Heating and Air company .

I have 2 air conditioners and I wanted one of my rooms the other system. They also installed the heating and air conditioning system in my new home. From the office staff to the technicians they are polite and they listen to the customers. I feel they go the extra mile for the customer. We used Richard’s Heating and Air for my sons house. My sons house is old and very difficult no other company would do the job but Richard’s found a solution. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Three years ago when my AC broke Richards was the only company that would try to fix it without having to replace it. This year I ended up replacing my heater and air conditioner and went to the company that was there for me when I didn’t have the money to do the replacement. They did an excellent job with a comparatively priced unit with an excellent system. Highly recommend you give them a try

Technician was friendly and quick to make the repair needed. Show-up and diagnosis cost was quoted at $124. Total price was nearly $400! Seemed really pricey for 50 minutes of work, as they charged $124 to show up and diagnose (took 20 minutes) and another $269 to install a $30 part in 20 minutes. I was told by their office that this is what the system tells them to charge and there was nothing they can do about it. I’d be sure to ask for pricing before they start work to make sure you are OK with the total. This way, you are not surprised like I was.

Booking an appointment was so easy and convenient. Spoke with a lady from the office who was so patient, professional and polite, and was so pleasant to deal with. On the day of service, Dan (technician) was very professional, and respected our home by wearing mask and booties, and was patient in explaining everything to us. It was a very pleasant experience with Richard's. We'll definitely work with them again for our HVAC needs.

Our A/C started acting up a little bit so we called Richard's based on their good the reviews. The technician who came out was here for a while and gave our system a very thorough going over testing all equipment and functionality for faults. In the end he made a few adjustments and solved our issue without the need for additional work or expense. We were treated very professionally and honestly and I will be using Richard's again should the need arise.
