Aaron was very professional and showed up on time. He did excellent work and took the time to answer all my questions.

The service technician that came to my home kept on telling me that I needed another item for my air conditioner. Instead of fixing the problem he tried to make as much money for Ocean Air as possible. The bill came to over $700 and the air conditioner was weak after he left. I complained to Ocean Air and they sent me another technician who fixed the air conditioner the way it should have been fixed the first time. Ocean air has some good technicians and some that are not good. It was a very stressful and expensive experience and I will be looking at other air conditioning companies when I need service in the future.

Knowledgeable and honest. I called to purchase a part that I thought I needed to fix my furnace. In a few short minutes John helped me diagnose the problem turns out it was not what I thought, was extremely simple, required no new parts and I fixed it myself. They could of told me it was complex and needed a service call, but were more interested in helping me get my heater going. Kudos, I would not hesitate to call them in for a service call, great honest service.

Joe was very professional and thorough. He also has a great personality!
